Domestic Shipping

Order Processing Times

  • PLEASE ALLOW up to 1-4 business days to process your order BEFORE shipping out. Orders are typically shipped out of our warehouse within 2-7 business days. 

Shipping Methods

Standard Shipping— $25.00 [2 to 7 days after order has been shipped out of our warehouse]. All orders are shipped by USPS, you will receive tracking information via email or text when your order has been shipped out from our warehouse. 

Pick-Up—Orders can be picked up within same day or next business day. This will be based on inventory stock. You will receive a notification via email or text when your order is ready for pick up. ID Verification will be required upon picking up your order.

Shipping Insurance

-All standard shipping orders are shipped with UPS and include package insurance covering the full price of the order.

-Shipping insurance provides coverage for packages that are lost, damaged, or stolen after delivery (proof must be shown that your package was stolen after delivery).

-If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged, we will file a claim on your behalf. When the claim has been successfully processed and paid, the customer will receive a replacement or store credit ONLY.

-All Insured packages are insured through USPS. Please contact us immediately to submit a claim due to shipment negligence and failure to meet your expectations. THE HAIR VENUE IS SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR PROCESSING AND FULFILLMENT OF YOUR ORDER. You must contact us via email at shop@thehairvenue.com to file your claim within 5 days of your delivery date. All claims can take up to 7-15 business days to process. However, we do try our best to accommodate them immediately to ensure a faster processing time.

Lost or Damaged Packages

-The Hair Venue is not responsible for any damaged, lost, or stolen packages. 

-The Hair Venue is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have a confirmed delivery to the address entered. You must file a claim.

-No refunds will be issued for orders confirmed to have been delivered to the address provided in the order.

-Only store credit or replacement will be issued (only if the standard shipping option with package insurance is selected by the customer) after a claim is submitted and processed successfully.

-We are not responsible for deliveries to the wrong address. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure she or he enters their billing & shipping addresses correctly.

-We cannot guarantee address changes due to strict shipping security guidelines. Please be advised that any incorrect billing and/or shipping information entered by the customer will cause delays.

-PLEASE PROVIDE A VALID EMAIL ADDRESS AND PHONE NUMBER FOR ALL ORDERS PLACED. Please double-check the address you are entering, as The Hair Venue will NOT be held responsible for packages that are sent to the wrong address that the customer has entered.

Delivery Times

-Delivery times are estimated and may vary depending on the shipping method selected and the shipping destination.

-Standard shipping orders typically arrive within 5 to 7 business days after the order has been processed and shipped out from our warehouse.

-Pick-up orders can be picked up within 5-7 business days.

 

Tracking Your Order

-You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

-You can track your order status by entering your order number and email address on our website.

-If your order is already processing or has already shipped, we cannot change the address on the order. During this time, the only thing we can do is wait to see if the package is returned. If the package is returned, we will contact the customer and reship the order. The customer is responsible for all re-shipping costs & handling fees.

Shipping Delays

-Glam Affair Hair Co is not responsible for late shipments due to holidays, natural disasters, weather delays, or any courier delays.

-For all holidays and sales events, please allow up to 14 business days for your order to be shipped out of our warehouse.

 

Returns and Exchanges

-All sales are final. However, we do offer exchanges within 7 days of purchasing if you meet all the exchanges requirements. Please see our Return/Exchange Policy for details.
